Blue, Green and Gold Eyeliner
Lots of Mascara
Before you do anything, apply the mascara to your lashes.. Volumise and extend them with a good primer before the mascara.Do this now so that you won't accidentally smudge your liners when you apply the mascara later.
Line the upper half of your top lash line with baby blue eyeliner.
The line the lower half with a green eyeliner.
