Another new way to wear your scarf..I think the pictorial instructions are clear enough... (since I can't read mandarin or chinese either)
but correct me if I am wrong..
1. Tie the ends together. Top end to bottom end.
2.Place it over your head like a necklace
3. Twist the knotted end and place it over your head. So its like a double layer thing!!
